STEP 8
INSTALL OPERATOR’S AND PASSENGER’S
SEAT
1.
Check seat bolts to insure hinge plate is tightened
securely to the bottom of the seat. See Figure 1.6.
2.
Align hinge plate with seat pedestal assembly and
insert hinge rod. See Figure 1.6.
3.
Insert hair pin fully into hole in end of hinge rod.
See Figure 1.6.
4.
Check for 5/16” flat washer under head of seat
knobs. Install washer, if missing, and tighten knobs
securely. See Figure 1.6.

5.
Repeat steps 1-5 for second seat.
STEP 9
ADJUST CARGO BED LATCH STRIKERS
1.
Drop Cargo bed. Check to make sure that both
latches hook completely onto striker bolts. See
Figure 1.7.
2.
If necessary, loosen striker bolt and/or striker
bracket bolts, and adjust up until latches hook
correctly.

STEP 10
INSTALL BRUSH GUARD ASSEMBLY
(equipped models only)
1.
Turn ignition switch to ‘RUN’. Pushing winch switch
down, let out approximately 1 foot of winch cable.
See Figure 1.8.
2.
Turn ignition switch to ‘STOP’ and remove key.

Remove hardware securing bumper to frame. See
Figure 1.9.

4.
Aligning holes in brush guard with holes in bumper,
reinstall bumper/brush guard onto frame, using
hardware removed previously. See Figure 1.9.
5.
Torque hardware to 30 ft-lbs.
6.
Feed looped end of winch cable through guide
rollers located in center of brush guard mounting
plate. See Figure 1.9.
