Installation

Belt Guard Installation

1. Insert two (2) 5/16-18 X 1 bolts (A, Figure 14),

each fitted with one (1) 5/l6 lock washer, up
through the pulley guard holes in the deck.

2. Install the Fast-Vac drive pulley guard onto the

bolts inserted in previous step, secure with two (2)
5/16 nylon nuts. Tighten securely.

3. Install the belt guard (A, Figure 15) between the

pulley guard and the belt guard support clip on the
front part of the blower mount.

4. For convenience, lay the pulley guard cover atop

the belt guard. Secure the belt guard with two (2)
5/16 nylon nuts.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When removing Fast-Vac unit
from mower, install pulley guard cover over opening in
pulley guard to prevent contact with pulley.

Collector Installation

1. Replace the existing bumper support brackets (A,

Figure 16) with the new bumper support brackets
included with the kit. Use the existing hardware to
secure them into place.
