IP Address Set-up, Second Method
ARP (Address Resolution Protocol) command is required to change address in this mode. This second method
of address setting should only be necessary if the factory default IP address is in use on the network, or a non-
valid IP address is loaded into the NTS engine by mistake or the address is not known.
To establish a Telnet session to the NTS, an IP address must be associated with the physical hardware.

1. Refer to Figure 1 for the location of the NTS physical address. This address appears on a label attached
to the NTS engine, located on the Model 9104 FSU (Figure 1).
2. From a DOS prompt in the c:\windows directory type:
