5.4.2 CARER OPERATION

The IndiGO has been designed to permit any of the castors to be independently applied
or released by a carer, using each individual castor foot pedal

If the user is having difficulty operating the brake system, check that the brake pedal on
each castor is in the ‘unbraked’ position as shown below (A)
5.4.3 BRAKE SYSTEM ADJUSTMENT

Adjustment of the brake mechanism is possible by rotating the adjustment knob (11)
that can be found underneath the seat cushion (circled below).
§
The IndiGO will be supplied pre-adjusted for optimum; adjustment is only needed if the
mechanism performance degrades over long term use.
IMPORTANT!
If the user is having difficulty operating the brake system, check that
the brake pedal on each castor is in the ‘unbraked’ position
