5.4 FOOT RESTS
The Lay Prone stander features a
foot rest that hinges outwards to
assist in transfer.
5.4.1 TO UNFOLD
•
Remove the handwheel located
on the front underside of the
assembly (F) – here shown
removed.
•
Lift the assembly and pull outward
to unfold as shown opposite
•
To re-fold, the process is
reversed.
5.4.2 SANDAL ADJUSTMENT
•
Loosen the handwheel (G) on the underside of each sandal.
•
The horizontal sandal position can now be adjusted backward or forward
•
By twisting the sandal, a level of angle can be adjusted.
•
When the desired position has been set, re-tighten the handwheels (G)
•
Riser/Step blocks are available to adjust the height of the sandal – please contact
the factory or your local Product Advisor for assistance.
5.5 THORACIC AND LATERAL SUPPORTS
The Thoracic and Lateral support
assembly can be adjusted in height,
and width (pitch).
5.5.1 HEIGHT
•
An alternative height position
(fixing) is available on the top plate
•
This should be set on final
adjustment prior to transfer into the
stander
5.5.2 WIDTH (PITCH)
•
Loosen each set of handwheels (H) as required to adjust the lateral support
position.
•
Slide each lateral support to the desired position
•
Re-tighten handwheels (H) before use.
