DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTROLS
START BUTTON:
This button allows you to start cooking.
STOP BUTTON:
This button allows you to stop cooking at any time.
DISPLAY:
Displays the selected program and relative cooking
parameters.
PROGRAM SELECTION KNOB:
It allows you to set the cooking
operation using one of the programs, to select the cooking
temperature and time.
STEAM DISCHARGE KNOB:
During cooking, this knob allows you
to eliminate the steam produced after cooking food. The discharge
settings range from 0 to 1 and all the intermediate zones can be
used.
