Manual Override

Caution

Without an electric signal for the solenoid

valve the manual override is used for switching

the main valve. Push type is standard. Locking

type (Tool required) is available as an option.
1. VQZ100

Push type

Press in the direction
of the arrow.

Push  down  on  the  manual
override  button  with  a  small
screwdriver  until  it  stops.
Release  the  screwdriver  and
the manual override will return.

Push  down  completely  on  the
manual  override  button  with  a
small screwdriver. While down,
turn  clockwise  90

to lock it.

Turn it counterclockwise to
release it.

Locking type (Tool required)

Turn 90

in the direction

of arrow.

Precautions

When operating with a screwdriver, turn it gently using a

watchmaker’s screwdriver. (Torque: less than 0.1 N



Press and rotate to lock the manual operation of VQZ200/300. If

rotate without pressing, manual breakage and air leakage could

be occurred.

1. Attaching and detaching connectors

To attach a connector, hold the lever and connector unit

between your fingers and insert straight onto the pins of the

solenoid valve and remove the pawl from the groove by

pushing the lever downward with your thumb, and pull the

connector straight out.
