5．Reassembly of cylinder
①Tighten the head cover.
Wipe off the adhesive from the threaded part of the tie rod bolt and apply adhesive (Loctite 242 (blue) )
newly.
Tighten the cylinder tube and head cover with tie rod bolt.

②Insert the rod assembly into the cylinder tube.
Apply the grease to the part receiving the cylinder tube and insert the rod assembly carefully and slowly, so
as not to damage the piston packing and gasket.
③Tighten the rod cover.
Wipe off the adhesive from the threaded part of the tie rod bolt and apply adhesive (Loctite 242 (blue) )
newly.
Tighten the cylinder tube and rod cover with tie rod bolt. (
Tightening torque

④Mount the switch rail (if the switch is mounted).
