The RT 2 smoke extraction push button is used for manual alarm triggering in smoke

extraction systems.

In the RT 2-K version the push button has one LED indicator

– the red one, which

indicates ALARM. In the RT 2-K-BS version the push button has three LED indicators: the
red one

– ALARM, the yellow one – DAMAGE, and the green one – OK.

The push button should be located at a place, where it would be easily accessible for

users and service teams, preferably at/near escape routes. Electric connections should be
made by authorized persons.

The alarm is triggered by pushing the emergency push button, after breaking the

glass in the housing.

In order to cancel the alarm release the push button mechanical lock after opening

the housing.
