7. Repeat steps 2 to 5 for all User Groups and Managers desired.

• Every single User can be denied individually.
• A User can be denied even if the code itself is not yet programmed.
• When calling up the Code Denial submenu, code groups with a mixture of
denied and permitted codes are indicated with „<–
–
–>“ in the display.
6.4.5.11 Activating/Deactivating Duress Code function -
Submenu DURESS bank
If the lock is connected to an external alarm system, a silent duress alarm
(not noticeable for the aggressor) can be triggered by entering a Duress
Code (
Duress Code on page 46
).
Duress Codes are recognized if this function has been activated.
Entering the Duress Code for opening the lock also starts the defined Du-
ress Time delay (
Duress Alarm opening delay on page 79
).
Authorization:
Master Code
1. Select the submenu „
DURESS bank
“.
2. Press
the
<ENTER>
key. The currently set status of the Duress Code
(by default: „OFF“) is displayed.
3. Use
the
<LEFT>
or
<RIGHT>
key to
activate („DURESS ON“)
or
deacti-
vate („DURESS OFF“)
the Duress Code recognition.
4. Press
the
<ENTER>
key to confirm the setting in the upcoming save
dialogue.

• The Duress Time Delay can be set independent (longer or shorter) of the Time
Delay.
