5.9 Code
entry
In bank mode codes are entered in 2 groups of 4 digits. To enter a code (to
open the lock or to enter the Programming mode) proceed as follows:
1. Press any key to wake up the display (if necessary). The lock status ap-
pears (e.g. „LOCKED“).
2. Key-in the Code (e.g. 11123456) using the
<NUMERIC>
keys (an aster-
isks appears for every digit entered).
3. Press
the
<ENTER>
key to confirm the Code.
Note!
During code entry a possible observer can be diverted. Only the fi rst 7 and the
last entered digit will be considered as code.
•
Enter your code as usual (at least the fi rst 7 digits) and keep on adding any
combination as desired.
• Enter the last digit of your code and press the <ENTER> key.
(Example: 00123458921031...256<ENTER>)
