Panel Assembly
This approach that can be applied to singles,
doubles and triples.
The top is placed on a blanket, or clean carpet to avoid scratching
the top finish.
Start with an end. Capture the top inserts with the side inserts.
The set screws must be unscrewed.
The inserts will click into place.
Use a Phillips #2 screw driver to tighten the interlock assemblies.
If you use a power driver, set the torque to a low setting to avoid
stripping out the inserts.
Below is the completed step.
Singles won’t have a brace. A Triple will have two braces. This
double has one brace.
