Changing the Camfire DCi System at Your
Desk
Although you can change the settings for saving notes while working at the whiteboard,
you may prefer to change these settings at your desk. This section explains how to
change these settings using a Web browser on a computer connected to the same
network as the control unit.
You can change the following settings using a Web browser at your desk:
•
activate or deactivate the Statusboard option. Activate this option to automatically
update a single image of your whiteboard notes at a regular interval (pages 23–24)
•
assign a password for activating the control unit (pages 24–25)
Determining the IP Address of Your Control Unit
Before you can change control unit settings at your desk, you’ll need to know the IP
address of the control unit.
To determine the IP address of the control unit:

Press the Options button on the control unit.
