Marinade:
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• salt and pepper to taste
Meat:
• 10 lamb rib chops
Directions:
1.
Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, rosemary, honey,
mustard, oregano salt and pepper and place them into a
large, non-metallic bowl.
2.
Pour the mixture over lamb rib chops.
3.
Refrigerate it for 1 hour.
4.
Place marinaded them on preheated grill. Cook for
approximately 6-7 minutes per side.
