Cream Cheese

Frosting

2 (8 ounce) Packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Butter, softened
2 cups Powdered sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract

• In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese and butter.

• Add the vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and

• Store in the refrigerator after use.

1/4 cup All purpose flour
1 cup Margarine/butter
1 cup Powdered sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract

• In a sauce pan at medium heat, combine half of the milk,

powder, and flour until all have dissolved and begun to

thicken. Add the additional half of the milk, turn off the heat and

allow it to cool for approximately 10 minutes.

• In a bowl, combine the margarine and powdered sugar until it is light

and fluffy.

• When the flour/milk mixture has cooled down to room temperature,

apply it to the butter and mix well. Lastly, add the vanilla extract and

mix thoroughly.
