13 TCP/IP CONTROL
This section of the manual details how to control the 4K-8x8-L using a network connection. There are two
methods available, sending of command line over network or using the integrated web server.
13.1 COMMAND LINE COMMANDS OVER ETHERNET
Using a CATx cable, attach the 4K-8x8-L to either your network or to a local PC with reference to the diagrams
above. Alternatively, you could also use an ethernet output of a third-party controller if that option is available.
Commands can then be sent to the IP address of the 4K-8x8-L as detailed in the 4K-8x8-L protocol document.
If the IP address of the unit is edited from the default 192.168.1.88, please make a note of it in the field below.
