Tangential fan (models set-up)
In the set-up models, a tangential fan is provided for the cooling of the controls panel and of
the oven door's handle. This fan starts to function a few minutes after the start of cooking,
when the oven reaches a certain temperature (the time varies according to the model) and
also prevents overheating of the housing cabinet. The hot air expelled from below the control
panel will continue to escape also after the oven has been switched-off, until the temperature
does not fall to normal levels.
