5 abdominal toning system has
a choice of 10 programs. You can let the unit progress
automatically from one level to the next, or simply use
the program button to select a specific program.
If you want to change the exercise program to either a higher or
lower setting, just press the program button until the program
number you require appears on the screen. Pressing the program
button once moves the program up one level.
Your
SLENDERTONE ABS
5 will automatically remember which level you
were using whenever you switch it on. It will then move on to the
next level automatically when you have completed the required
number of sessions.
Note:
If you press the program button while a program is running, the unit
will move to the next level and the intensity will return to zero.
• From programs 1 - 6, your unit will complete a specific number of
sessions and then progress to the next level. As it progresses,
the symbol will appear and the program number will flash
three times. Programs 7 - 10 must be selected manually and will
run indefintiely unless manually changed.
• You may change programs at any time, but the intensity will
always return to zero.
• Programs 1-8 have warm-up and warm-down phases before and
after the main body of the exercise. The warm-up gets your
muscles ready for the stronger exercise. The warm-down relaxes
them again as the exercise is finishing. Programs 9 and 10 do not
have warm-up or warm-down phases.
