Kontrollenheten har följande
funktioner:
•
Automatisk avkänning av spänning (12V och 24V system)
•
Knapp för vald typ av vinsch (Mini/Midi/Maxi/Maxi kätting)
•
Ljusdioder för indikering av power/program/fel/ändstopp
•
PVM hastighets reglering.
•
Elektronisk övervaking av strömförbrukning.
•
Temperatursensor för övervaking av elektroniktemperatur.
•
Mjukstart av motor.
•
Registrering av 2 ändstopp (metalltråd najas runt ankarlina
på anpassade platser). Maxi kätting har inte ändstopps -
funktion.
•
Reducerad hastighet efter första ändstopp.
•
Reducerad tillågten strömförbrukning (drag kraft) efter
första ändstopp för att skydda ankarbeslag, båt och me-
kanik.
•
Skydd mot överhettning av kontrollenhet och elmotor.
OBS! Det är ingen temperatursensor i motor. Elmotorens
temperatur beräknas av kontrollenheten med hjälp av
körtid samt belastning.
•
Säkerhetsrelä som bryter vid kortslutning.
•
Kort fördröjning på “UT” signal för att reducera risken för
oavsiktlig drift.
•
Fysisk skydd mellan terminering för att reducera risken för
kortslutning.
The control unit has these fea-
tures:
•
Automatic detection of 12V or 24V system.
•
Programmable windlass type (Mini/Midi/Maxi/Maxi Chain)
•
LEDs Power for program/failure/end stop indication.
• PWM speed control.
•
Over-current limiting and motor overheat protecting algo-
rithm protects motor from damage. Note that there is no
physical temperature sensor in the motor.
•
Motor Soft Start.
• Reduced speed and force limit after first end stop detec -
tion.
•
Two end stop points can be detected (detected by metal
wire spun around the rope at user selected positions). Maxi
Chain windlass does not include the end stop function.
• Power relays disconnect motor power when the windlass is
not in use or if a fault has been detected.
•
Delayed start on operation “OUT” to safeguard against
unwanted operation.
•
Physically separated terminals reduce risk of short circuits.

Installering av kontrollenhet

Enheten är inte vattentät och måste därför placeras i torrt
utrymme i närheten av vinschens motor.
Använd ringkabelskor med god kvalité och korrekt storlek för
vald batterikabel, Bulthålet ska vara 6mm.
Åtdragningsmomentet på kabelterminalerna ska inte över-
stiga 8 Nm.
Var uppmärksam på att montera terminalens distanser och
brickor i rätt ordningsföljd, se figur 1.
Kontrollenheten är konstruerad med fötter så att det uppnås
avstånd mot skottet den blir monterad på, dtta för att undgå
att kondensvatten rinner in i kontrollenheten och för att säkra
godventilation.
Kontrollenheten monteras med kabelanslutningarna nedåt .
Fitting control unit 150800
The unit is not water resiststant and must be placed in a dry
area close to the windlass motor.
Use ring termianls of good quality with the correct size for the
selected battery cables. Bolt hole shuld be 6mm.
Tighten the teminals to maximum 8 Nm.
Pay attention to assemble the terminal spacers and washers in
the correct order according to figure 1.
The unit has mounts that ensures space between the unit and
it’s mounting surface. This to avoid condensation to enter the
unit. It also ensures proper ventilation of the enclosure.
The control unit must be mounted with the the cables pro-
truding downwards.
