5. Make another test imprint and examine the result.

6. Adjust table again by turning the appropriate Hexagonal Nut(s).

7. Repeat this process until you get an even impression on all four corners of the test imprint.

8. After adjustment, tighten Locking Screw underneath the wooden base.

Foil Sticking To Item After Imprinting

•

Too much heat or dwell time too long. 

Reduce temperature.

Go easier on the Handle.

Remove the item sideways not towards you after 
each impression.

F) 

Foil Feed Problems

•

Foil does not rewind at all 

 

 

Check whether the Saw-Edged Bar on the Foil 
Rack Assembly is in proper contact with the 
Gear on the Foil Take-up Spool. In case 
adjustment is needed, loosen the two hex screws, 
shift the Foil Calibration Plate forward or 
backward and lock the screws again when 
proper contact is established.

•

Foil has difficulty pulling forward.   

Make sure that the foil rolls freely on the Rear 
Foil Bracket. Adjust the position of the Foil 
Holding Socket as necessary. 

 

•

Foil Take-up Spool rolls back and forth 

The Foil Take-up Spool may be too loose. 

Increase the pressure on the Foil Tension 
Springs by slightly tightening the two Foil 
Tension Screws. Do not over-tighten.

•

Too much foil pull 

 

 

 

Adjust the position of the Foil Rack Assembly

•

Foil pull increases after a few jobs 

 

Too much used foil build-up on the Foil Take-

up spool. Unload the used foil.
