If adjustment is necessary:
1. Remove the Header from the Wash Chamber.
There are two Header Inlet Port Adjustment Bolts
on the top and bottom end of the Head Inlet Port
Bracket.
2. Loosen the two Header Inlet Port Adjustment
Bolts on either end or both ends to make the required
adjustment. Re-tighten the bolts.
4-6. System Final Test
The Washer's components have been checked and
calibrated. Now the Washer will run programs to
test its operation.
Step 1
Press the C4 key seven times to access Wash
Cycle 10 - Rinse Cycle.
Step 2
Place enough chemical in the graduated
vessel to return to the original level. Place
the Chemical Siphon/Level Sensor into the
graduated vessel.
Step 3
Press the START key. The Washer will now
automatically proceed through all the steps of
the Rinse Cycle. Observe the entire operation
for any unusual signs.
NOTE
The cycle can be aborted by pressing
the STOP key. The Control Panel Display
will show:
Press the STOP key a second time to open the
Door.
WARNING
Avoid contact or inhalation of steam
that escapes from the Wash Chamber.
Severe burns may occur.
3. Place the Header back into the Wash Chamber
and check the results of the adjustment. Repeat
step 1 through 3 if necessary.
Step 23
Press the STOP key. The door will close.
