Internet Support
You can reach customer support by sending email to:
Login using your SkyMate user name and password and you will have access to the
subscriber services area of the web site. There, you can view and change your email
options, update your payment information, view your message history, and view
your previous service bills. You can also view your vessel’s position plotted on a
map and have web access to your SkyMate mailbox.
Accessories and Parts
You can obtain SkyMate accessories and parts through your authorized dealer or
from our web site at www.skymatewireless.com. In addition, feel free to contact
our Customer Service department at 1-866-SkyMate Monday through Friday from
8am to 6pm Eastern Standard Time.
