You’ve forgotten your
PIN.
Call your SKY provider for advice.
You are having
difficulties using a SKY
interactive feature, such
as Active or Box Office.
There may be a
problem with your
telephone line.
Check that the telephone lead between MY SKY HDi and
the telephone point is properly plugged in. (Always switch
MY SKY HDi off at the power supply before plugging or
unplugging any other equipment.)
Check that the telephone line is working by picking up your
telephone and listening for the tone.
An HDCP message is
always displayed using
an HD output.
Your TV may not be
HDCP compatible.
Check your TV’s user manual to see if HDCP is supported
by your TV.
Note: To turn this message off, change the HD Warning
Settings in the HD Picture Settings menu (see page 58).
MY SKY HDi does not
show pictures on-
screen.
Your TV may not
support the output
resolution in the MY
SKY HDi EPG settings.
Navigate to the High-Definition Picture Settings screen (see
page 58), change the resolution and save settings. Try viewing
the same channel again.
Teletext is not working.
Teletext is not available when using an HDMI™ or HD
component video connection.
The telephone
connection is not
working, and you are
unable to purchase On
Demand or Pay-Per-
View programmes.
The telephone lead is
incorrectly plugged into
the Ethernet port.
Connect the telephone lead to the port marked
TELEPHONE LINE on MY SKY HDi’s rear panel.
Volume adjustment is
not working.
