FLEXOR
1.3. Certification
FLEXOR has passed certification according to EN 926-1 and
DGAC ULM De Classe-1. The load test was carried out in the
Swiss Air-Turquoise laboratories in Switzerland. Load test
passed at 1 102,5 kg.
Note:
Any alteration of the paraglider can invalidate all the
aforementioned certifications.
1.4. Scope of delivery
Each glider is delivered with:
• Carry All Bag Profi 2
• Inner bag and strap
• Repair tape & multi tool
• T-shirt SKY TEAM
• USB flash manual
1.5. Characteristics
For the PPG pilot, the take-off and landing phase are crucial and
FLEXOR’s design is such that launching and landing are both
straight forward and predictable. Because FLEXOR incorporates
our Skyflex Active Foil System (SAFS) reflex technology, a wide
range of speed, glide and climb rates are available to the pilot.
A good sink/climb rate to allow for manageable and moderate
take-off and landing speeds with good flair characteristics and
short take off distances is possible with FLEXOR, even in nil
wind when set to standard or slow trim.
Once airborne, stable and faster airspeeds can be achieved by
accelerating the wing via the trim system, and further with the
speed bar, utilising the SAFS.
Both pitch and roll are well damped to offer comfort and safety,
even at high speeds. Steering at higher speeds is accomplished
by use of the tip steering system which offers responsive
steering control.
1.6. Features
• FLEXOR features a reinforced leading edge ( Nylon rods)
to assist inflation by presenting the open leading edge to
the airflow, even in nil wind, as well as creating an efficient
& clean profile.
• Trimmer risers are standard to enter Skyflex mode to allow
for a faster trim setting for higher speed cruising.
