Positioning
Power Supply
The cooler is supplied with a power cord fitted with a 3-pin plug, which exits
behind the refrigeration system. The power cord should be retrieved before
the cabinet is positioned. Ensure the power supply can be easily accessed
once the cabinet is positioned so the cabinet can be disconnected from the
power supply for cleaning and maintenance.
Ventilation
Ensure adequate ventilation is provided around the cooler. The cooler
should not be recessed or enclosed in a cabinet. It is designed for free-
standing installation only. The recommended clearance on both sides and
at the back of the cabinet is 50mm. The maximum normal operating
conditions are
32°C (climatic class 5).
Location
When positioning the cabinet:
Avoid direct sunlight and warm draughts etc.
Allow adequate space for the door to open fully.
Ensure the cabinet is positioned on a level surface so the door shuts
and seals correctly, and to prevent the condensate tray from
overflowing.
Levelling
This cooler has a stabiliser foot located underneath the door hinge. After
final positioning, the stabiliser foot should be screwed firmly down to floor
level to stabilise the cabinet. Turn the stabiliser foot clockwise to raise the
cabinet or anti-clockwise to lower the cabinet.
