5. Fonctionnement

5.2 Fonctionnement des débitmètres SMD

Le lubriiant, amené par la ligne d'alimentation,

pénètre dans le débitmètre, par l'entrée du
boîtier, jusqu'à la chambre d'engrenages,
passe les engrenages et se dirige vers la tige
d'étranglement.

La régulation du lux se fait par la sélection

(étranglement in ou grossier) et le réglage de

la tige d'étranglement.
Une fois la tige d'étranglement passée, le

volume de lubriiant désormais dosé se dirige

vers la sortie du boîtier du débitmètre.

5.1 Application

Les débitmètres sont principalement utilisés

pour les grandes installations de lubriication

par circulation d'huile.
Le rôle du débitmètre est de répartir un
volume d'huile provenant de l'alimentation
principale en plusieurs volumes différenciés
parallèles, ou le cas échéant d'obturer certai-
nes lignes secondaires.
Les débitmètres ont particulièrement prouvé

leur iabilité et leur lexibilité dans le secteur

des machines à papier où on peut rencontrer

plusieurs centaines de points de lubriication.

Les systèmes d'étranglement ont également
leur utilité lorsqu'il est nécessaire d'adapter ou

de corriger le volume d'alimentation en lubriiant

sur une machine qui reste en marche.

5.3 Fonctionnement du contrôle de débit
par engrenages

Le lubriiant, amené par la ligne d'alimentation,

pénètre dans le débitmètre, par l'entrée du
boîtier, jusqu'à la chambre d'engrenages, passe
les deux engrenages et se dirige vers la tige
d'étranglement.

Le lux de lubriiant met en mouvement (ro

-

tation) les engrenages qui se trouvent dans la
chambre d'engrenages. Un détecteur de proxi-
mité NAMUR positionné au-dessus de l'un des
engrenages enregistre le mouvement rotatif
des engrenages (impulsions) et par là-même

le lux de lubriiant. La série d'impulsions est

dépendante du réglage de la tige d'étrangle-
ment et donc du volume qui y est lié.
