EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS
Exercise for shoulders and arms: Kneel on the floor
and support yourself with your hands about shoulder
width on the surface of the machine. The body should
be leaned slightly forward.
Sit on a chair in front of the unit and place your feet
on the surface for a relaxing vibration massage. This
exercise is good for the lower and upper thighs.
Attach the resistance bands on both sides by hooking
them into the eyelets.
Grasp the resistance straps and stand on the device
with slightly bent knees and straight back. While
oscillating, pull the resistance bands slowly and
evenly upwards. Then slowly lower them again and
repeat.
