Lubrication instructions
1. Lubricate your running deck if it’s too dry or every 6 months to maintain optimal performance. If you are
unsure if it is necessary to lubricate, check the underside of the belt by lifting it slightly on one side and
feeling (with two fi ngers) if the underside is wet or not. If the belt feels very dry, a lubrication is necessary.
NOTE: Lubricant is optional, please contact your supplier to gain more information.
2. While lifting the side of the running belt, gently position the
spray nozzle with little drop between the running belt and the
running deck from the front of the treadmill to the rear.
NOTE:
If you lubricate too much, the running belt may slip or
liquid may fl ow out from the machine.
3. Repeat the above procedure on the other side of the belt.
4. Then run the treadmill without anyone on it for at least 2~3
minutes to let the lubricant spread evenly across the running
deck and underside of the running belt.
5. Check the running belt whether is off-center or slips - if it
does, read & follow the next chapters to center the belt or adjust the belt tightness until the running
belt has been tightened properly.
LUBRICATION | SAFETY KEY
The safety key
The
safety key
(part no.1) immediately disconnects the power supply in case of an emergency, e.g.
when you fall. In order to function properly, one end of the key should be positioned correctly on the
device (as per illustration below on the magnetic contact) and the other end (clip end) should be at-
tached to your clothing (e.g. on the waistband).
In case of an emergency, just pull on the
rope, which will disconnect the key from
the device and the device will stop imme-
diately. The running belt only starts mo-
ving, if the
safety key
has been placed
onto the device properly.
Please keep the safety key securely after
your workout and out of reach of children!
