MODE/SELECT
Selects a function. Press and hold for approx. 4 seconds to reset all values to zero (total reset).

OPERATION PROCEDURES
AUTO ON/OFF : As soon as a movement starts or the button is pressed, the computer will switch on.
The item does also switch off automatically, if there is no action for 4 minutes.
Functions
TIME - Displays current exercise elapsed time (minutes and seconds).
COUNT (CNT) - Displays steps executed during exercise.
CALORIES (CAL) - Accumulates calorie consumption during exercise (kcal).
REPS/MIN (CN/M) - Displays the steps per minute during exercise.
SCAN - Automatically scans through the following functions in sequence:
(1) TIME; (2) CAL; (3) REPS/MIN.
BATTERY
If the display quality gets poor, you should replace the battery (type “AA”).
