Run-in

Cycle all the cylinders to fill with oil and purge air.

Verify the basket speed does not exceed

90 RPM

Perform all functions on machine controller.

Run unit for 15 minutes at one-half of the rated RPM and monitor for leaks.

Verify the tine bars are not contacting the frame.

Verify the tines are not contacting the stripper bars.

Shut off tractor engine to repair leaks and adjust components as needed.

Run the unit for 15 minutes at rated RPM and monitor for leaks and contact again.

Shut off tractor engine to repair leaks and adjust components as needed.

Dealer Representative's Signature

Dealer please remove the pre-delivery report and retain for future reference.
