9 - Spare parts
These parts are available from the point of purchase or one of our approved service
centres. We recommend you change the gasket every twelve months.
Spare parts are available for 5 years following the date of purchase.
10 - Warranty and After Sales Service
This pressure-cooker is guaranteed for 15 years against any defect relating to its
metal structure.
This warranty does not cover:
- damage arising from improper use, overheating, dropping, impact, normal wear or
failure to follow the use and cleaning precautions in general
- the wearing parts (gasket, handles lid, body grip handles, regulator)
- scratches, scuffs, pitting or decolouration of the base metal
This warranty cannot apply if the pressure-cooker has been used for commercial
purposes, has been modified in any way or has been fitted with spare parts not
approved by SITRAM.
To exercise the warranty, contact a service centre with your proof of purchase.
In any case, the contractual legal warranty of conformity referred to by articles L211-
4, L211-5 and L211-12 of the French consumer code and the legal latent defect
warranty referred to in articles 1641 to 1649 of the French civil code both apply.
