2. PERIODISCHE
KONTROLLPRÜFUNGEN
Gründliche Kontrolle einmal jährlich
vornehmen.
Während des Jahres mu
man den
Bandrecher gründlich ausprüfen.
Das Gerät soll auf folgendes geprüft werden:
Spannung des Bandrechensystems.
Federzinkenbefestigung.
Reifendruck.
Vorschhriftmässige Ölung und Wartung.
2. PERIODICAL OVERHAULS
The rake should thoroughly be overhauld
every year. Occasional overhauls are
recommended before use.
The overhaul consists of:
The examination of the tension of the
raking system.
The examination of the spring tines
fastening.
Pressure examination.
Lubrication according to the instructions
for lubricating and maintenance.
3. BEDIENUNGSHINWEISE
3.1 Anhängen des Bandrechens
an Schlepper
Heuwender kann auf die vorderen oder
hinteren Dreipunkt-Hub angeschlossen
werden, je von der korrekten
Drehrichtung von wender und
Drehrichtung der Zapfwelle. (Bild)
Gelenkwelle ankuppeln und
Schutzvorrichtung befestigen.
Nach erste Anhängung des Bandrechens
amTraktor, kontrolieren Sie, ob die
Gelenkwelle richtige Länge ist.
Mit Höheverstellungvorrichtung die Höhe
einstellen.
Nachdem Sie den Bandrechen zum
erstenmal am Traktor angehänt, das
Gerät in Probebetrieb setzen.
Vor jedem Anfahren des Traktors mit
anhängtem Bandrechen das Stützrad in
Transportposition bringen.
3. INSTRUCTIONS FOR WORK
3.1 Connecting to the tractor
Tedder can be connected to the front or
rear three-point, depending on the
direction of tedder rotation and direction
of tractor shaft rotation. (Fig.)
Connect the P.T.O. Shaft and fix the 2
protections.
When connecting the rake to the tractor
for the first time check the adequacy of
the P.T.O. Shaft lenght.
Adjust the height by height adjusting
device.
Once you have connected the rake to the
tractor for the first time, switch it on and
make sure it works properly.
Every time you take off with the rake
attached to the tractor, put the support
leg of the rake to the transport position.
