CAUTION
Do not use high-pressure washers, they can damage moving and electrical parts rendering them inoperable.
Water may also be forced into the engine induction system.
Do not direct water into the exhaust system. An exhaust system blocked with water can prevent the engine
starting and will also corrode internal components.
Dry the brake system. Water adversely affects the braking performance. After washing, use a cloth or towel to dry
braking components. When riding your SINNIS motorcycle for the first time after washing, exercise a high level of
caution when applying the brakes for the first few instances.
Do not direct water under the seat. Electrical components and documentation are stored in the area shrouded by
the seat. Water ingress may cause damage to these items.
Do not direct water into the air filter system. Water may enter into the engine and cause damage.
After washing, some condensation may be noticeable within the headlight. This should dissipate/evaporate after
a few minutes of headlight illumination.
Aluminium Components
Aluminium components will corrode from contact with dirt, mud or road salts. Clean aluminium parts regularly to
prevent corrosion build up. Do not clean aluminium components with other metallic or highly abrasive cleaners
as this will likely scratch the parts, leading to further corrosion.
