E6 malfunction: DC fan motor malfunction

LED displays E6

Outdoor unit DC fan cannot work.

Refers to the wiring diagram to check whether

the unit wiring is correct or not.

Connect again.

YES

Check whether the power and voltage of the DC

fan motor is normal or not and whether the
voltage between red and black terminal of DC
motor is from 277V to 354V in waiting state.

Check whether the power and voltage of the DC fan

motor is normal or not and whether the voltage between
white and black terminal of DC motor is from 15V in
waiting state.

Replace IPM module.

Replace the main PCB.

Whether the outdoor fan will work after the indoor fan

operates for 3 minutes.

Check the voltage

between “+”,”-” port
of PFC module is within
277-354V.

Replace PFC
module board..

Check voltage
between yellow
and black
terminal of the
fan is over 2.4V
