6. MENU JOYSTICK

This joystick controls the menu operation, and can be moved in

four directions: up, down, left and right. The up and down

movement is used to move the menu cursor (inverted video) up

and down in the menu, and the left and right movement is used

as an ENTER function.

When the menu cursor is in the main menu or the extra menu, and

the menu joystick is moved to the left, a catch data page will

appear in the menu field. There is one special page for seining and

one for trawling, depending on the selection in the GEAR menu.

For further explanation of these catch data pages, see chapters

5.24 and 5.25.
