SIMADO GDT11 System Manual

•

To have the incoming message on the HyperTerminal window displayed immediately, type the comand

AT+CNMI=2,2,0,0,0

and press Enter.

Reading the received messages

Received messages (SMS) are stored at various locations in the memory of the SIM card. These locations are
referred to as indexes.

To read received messages,

•

Type

AT

on the HyperTerminal Screen.

OK

will appear in response.

•

Enter command

AT+CMGF=1

to set text message format

•

Enter

AT+CMGR=(Index)

to read SMS

Where,
Index is the index number at which SMS is stored. (The index of the message is displayed when the
SIMADO GDT11 indicates the arrival of a new message).
