The earbuds cannot be paired with a compatible

Bluetooth

device

Make sure that the

Bluetooth

function is activated on the

Bluetooth

device.

Make sure the earbuds are turned on.

♦

If you use several

Bluetooth

devices, ensure that any previous

connection is disconnected. There may be a previously paired

Bluetooth

device in range.

♦

Make sure that the earbuds are no more than 10 metres from
the

Bluetooth

device and that no obstacles or electronic

devices are placed between them.

You hear no sound from the earbuds

♦

The volume control of the earbuds is set to the minimum volume.
Increase the playback volume.

Cleaning

CAUTION

The charging station should not come in contact with water.

►

Keep the charging contacts on the earbuds dry to prevent
corrosion. Dry the earbuds with a dry cloth after every
contact with water.

►

To avoid irreparable damage, ensure that no moisture can get
into the earbuds or charging station when you are clean-
ing the devices.

►

Do not use caustic, abrasive or solvent-based cleaning materials.
These can damage the surfaces of the devices.
