Basic waffles

Beat egg yolks well . Stir in milk, butter and vanilla
sugar . Stir into dry ingredients .

Preheat the product .

Beat egg whites until stiff . Fold into mixture .

Bake waffles until done .

Wheat flour

Sugar

Canola oil
150 ml
Cool water

Mix all dry ingredients .

Preheat the product .

Make a little hole in the middle of the mixture .
Pour in water and then oil .

Stir just until wet .
¾
Bake waffles until done .
