Automatic switch-off
If the 3.5-mm jack socket is not in use or their is no playback via
Bluetooth
® ,
the speakers automatically switch off after about 10 minutes.
The operating/charging LED will go out and you will hear a beep.
Any existing
Bluetooth ®
connection will be terminated.
♦ Press and hold the button for about 4 seconds to turn a
speaker back on.
NOTE
► The automatic switch-off function does not work while the speakers are
charging.
Troubleshooting
If you cannot pair the speakers to a compatible
Bluetooth
® music device,
proceed as follows:
♦ Make sure that the
Bluetooth
® function is activated on the music
device. When a device is connected via a 3.5-mm jack cable, the
Bluetooth ®
function is deactivated.
♦ Ensure that the speaker is switched on.
♦ If you use several music devices, ensure that any previous connection
is disconnected (see section
Function of the buttons for music play-
back ). There may be a previously paired device within range.
♦ Make sure that the speakers are no more than 10 metres from the
Bluetooth ®
device and each other. Make sure that there are no
barriers or electronic devices placed between them.
Device does not switch on.
♦ The integrated battery is not charged.
Charge the battery (see section
Charging the speaker ).
No sound.
♦ The volume on the device or the playback device is set to minimum.
Increase the volume on the device or on the playback device.
♦ Playback has not been started on the playback device. Start playback
on the playback device.
