Disposal / Information
Batteries must not be disposed off with domestic
waste. They may contain toxic heavy metals and
are subject to hazardous waste treatment rules and
regulations. The chemical symbols of the heavy
metals are as follows: Cd = cadmium, Hg = mercu-
ry, Pb = lead. That is why you should dispose of
used batteries at a local collection point.

Warranty / Service centre
We provide a 3-year warranty covering faults in
materials or manufacture of the product from the
purchase date.
The warranty does not cover:
· Damage resulting from improper use.
· Wear parts.
· Defects that were known to the customer at the
time of purchase.
· Damage for which the customer was respon-
sible.
This warranty does not affect the customer‘s legal
rights. The customer must provide proof of pur-
chase in order for any warranty claims within the
warranty period to be honoured. Claims under the
warranty within a period of 3 years from the date
of purchase are honoured by

In the event of a warranty claim, the customer has
the right to have the goods repaired by our own
workshop or a workshop authorised by us. The de-
vice must not be opened for any reason. Opening
or modifying the device invalidates the warranty.
This warranty does not grant any additional rights
to the customer. Complaints are often initiated by
difficulties encountered during use. Many of these
complaints can be resolved by telephone or e-mail.
Please contact our Service Hotline in the first in-
stance, before you return the device to the manu-
facturer.
