10.1.2 Cleaning the heater unit
Clean the heater unit (8) and the power cord (10) with a dry or damp cloth.
Dry the heater unit (8) well.
11. Troubleshooting
If your slow cooker does not work as normal, follow the instructions below to try to solve the problem. If
working through the tips below does not fix the fault, please contact our hotline (see "Warranty informtion"
on page 29).

from the mains and allow the device to cool
down.
Contents are not
cooked properly.
Too many ingredients in the
ceramic pan (4)
Add fewer ingredients to the ceramic pan (4)
before cooking.
Some ingredients require a
longer cooking time.
Continue cooking.
