4.8 Pulsing and gliding
Whether you decide to pulse or glide:
U
Avoid gaps or overlaps as you use the device. Overlaps
increase the likelihood of adverse affects.
U
Do not treat the same area of skin more than once per
treatment session.
Pulsing
is the best technique for treating specific spots or
small areas.
U
Press the
treatment surface
(#6)
against your skin. Work in
rows (either across or down as shown in the image). Start at
one end of each row and progress to the other end.
U
The
treatment surface
(#6)
creates temporary pressure
marks on the treated area so you can see areas you have
treated.
U
After each pulse, move the treatment surface
(#6)
to the
next spot. Keep doing this pulsing action for the area you
are treating.
