3.5.43. PKT_LEN_ADJUST
 Summary: Adjust length field by this amount to derive the variable length information.
 Purpose:

This property is used to add or subtract a constant to the value extracted from the length field in the packet.

The result is used to set the length of the selected destination field that varies in length.

It is assumed the length field embedded in the packet includes the length field itself. LEN_ADJUST can be set to 0xFF for
1 byte length field or 0xFE for 2-byte length field if the length field is not inclusive.

LEN_ADJUST is a signed char.

LEN_ADJUST[7:0] - default:0x00
