Warranty Continued
This Warranty Does Not Cover:
• Shipping to 800PureAir.
• Shipping from 800PureAir outside the U.S. and Canada. U.S. and Canadian Reps may
sell and ship to buyers in other countries and this warranty will be in effect,
however the customer or Rep will pay shipping both ways.
• Products sold by foreign Reps or Affiliates in other countries. (Each country’s
warranty rules will apply.)
• Pre-owned purifiers, eBay purchases or purchases from anyone other than an
Authorized 800PureAir Retailer.
• Problems due to improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized
repair, accident, disassembly, shipping, unauthorized alterations or modifications
made to your purifier or any cause not the responsibility of 800PureAir.
• Replacement of ZEPA filters.
This Warranty is void if:
• Any adapter or filter is used other than the ones provided by 800PureAir.
• Failing to replace the filters regularly
Note:
To receive Warranty Service, you must provide your [1] name, [2] shipping
address, [3] phone number, [4] purchase or installation date and [5] Authorized
Retailer’s name. You will pay to ship your purifier to 800PureAir and 800PureAir will
repair or exchange it, and pay to ship it back to your U.S. or Canadian address.
