7.3 Tracer point replacement
To replace the tracer point (H), proceed as follows (fig. 18):
ATTENTION: unplug the machine from the mains
1) loosen the screw (J) and remove.
2) turn the adjusting nut (I) anticlockwise until the tracer point is fully released.
3) remove the tracer point.
4) fit the new tracer point.
5) turn the grub screw clockwise and secure the tracer point.
6) re-set the machine as described in chapter 6, page 11.

7.4 Regulating carriage depth
The depth on the DELTA 2000 SA is calculated to prevent the clamps from coming into contact with the
tracer point and cutting tool.
ATTENTION: the distance between the tracer point/cutting tool axis and the clamps must be 0,1 mm.
Should it be different from this, proceed as follows:
ATTENTION: unplug the machine from the mains
1) release the carriage, raise against the cutting tool and tracer point and take to the end of its run;
2) release the nut (U) with the spanner (fig. 19);
3) use the Allen wrench to screw or unscrew the grub screw (V) in order to move the carriage away
from or towards the tracer point and cutting tool;
4) tighten the nut (U).
