by the manufacturer or in the special Service Centres recommended by Silca.

How to request service

The guarantee attached to CROWN key-cutting machine ensures free repairs or replacements of faulty
parts within 12 months of purchase. All other service calls must be arranged by the customer with Silca
or with a Silca Service Centre
