INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Arm Mount (AR)
1.
Note: For square poles:
Use Optional Square Pole Adaptor. Install between pole and luminaire.
See Fig. 1
2.
Attach Cage Nut to Bolster Plate and slide Cage Nut to approximate hole spacing.
See Fig. 2
3.
Insert the bolster plate into the inside of pole with cage nut towards the base. Install Lock Washer and Flat Washer to the

hex bolt and bolt through the top mounting hole.
Loosely install split lock washer and nut to the end of the top bolt.

4.
Open Arm Cover by loosening 4X #8

32 screws located on bottom of mounting arm.
(screws are captive and will remain on door).

5. Hook luminaire over top mounting bolt and hand tighten
.

Thread 3/8

16 x
2

1/4”
hex bolt with lock washer and flat washer through the arm into the cage nut on the bottom of the
Bolster Plate.
Tighten the two bolts to 44 ft
-
lbs.
7.
Connect supply and ground wires to luminaire lead wires inside of arm compartment . If dimming option was purchased,
then connect gray (
-
) and purple (+) wires that are dedicated to the 0
-
10V leads coming from driver. If Terminal Block (TB)
option was purchased, see Fig. 5 for wire connections.
Make wire connections per NEC or applicable local codes.
8. Secure the supply wires with a cable tie (provided by others). Wire tie can be secured to boss in arm shown in Fig. 4.
9 Install photo control in housing if used.
10.
Replace arm cover and secure with the (4) captive #8

32 screws.
11.
Energize Luminaire to test installation.
