11-3. Order of Replacing Module

ELECTRIC SHOCK!

: Risk of electric shock. Capacitor stores hazardous energy. Do not open back

door of charger until 5 minutes after disconnecting all source of supply.

WARNING

Make sure turn off the power to the charger before performing any maintenance

procedures.

- Open rear door and switch off all circuit breakers.

There is a danger of getting an electric shock if you approach the inside of charger
without switching OFF ground fault circuit interrupter.

- Detach signal lines connected to module.

- Detach covers of terminals.

- Detach wrench bolts fixed to in/output busbar (6mm wrench bolt)

- Unlock and open the front door.

- Loosen 4 screws fixed for fastening module on front side.

- Detach module from charger by holding the handle of module on front side.
