7 Troubleshooting
If the software does not communicate with the VSG25A after the driver has been installed, unplug the
VSG25A and then reboot your computer. Once it has finished rebooting, plug in the VSG25A, wait up to a
minute for updated drivers to load, and then launch the software.
If it still does not work, contact Signal Hound.
