The temperature is acquired in every room and controlled via the supply air. The ventilation controller controls the
supply air temperature and the proportion of fresh air. The heating plant is controlled depending on the heat request
from the ventilation controller plus the outside temperature. The refrigeration plant is controlled depending on the
cooling energy request from the ventilation controller. Nonoccupancy times are reported by the presence detector or
can be set in a time program. During these periods of time, the room temperatures are automatically lowered.
